Fees

Psychological Sessions

Waratah Psychology charges a standard fee of $177.60 per session. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. Clients with a valid referral from their GP under the Medicare Better Access Scheme are eligible for a medicare rebate of $89.65 leaving a gap fee of $87.95. If clients wish to claim via  private health insurance, rebate amounts should be verified directly with their health fund.

Cancellation Policy

Waratah Psychology will send an SMS reminder 72 hours before your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not provided, then cancellation fees will apply. Unfortunately cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or Private Health Insurance. Cancellation fees are as follows:

>48 hours - no charge

0-48 hours - a fee of $80 will be charged
