Psychological Sessions

Waratah Psychology charges a standard fee of $188.60 per session. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. Clients with a referral from their GP under the Medicare Better Access Scheme are eligible for a medicare rebate of $92.90 leaving a gap fee of $98.95. For private health insurance claims, rebate amounts vary and should be verified directly with individual health funds.

Cancellation Policy

Waratah Psychology will send an SMS reminder 72 hours before your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not provided, then cancellation fees will apply. Unfortunately cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or Private Health Insurance. Cancellation fees are as follows:

>48 hours - no charge
